ideaclay created a logo design for a product bonflow, Vats Filters has a product catering micro filtration needs in the present market. They ware looking for brand development of this product. The intension if this design effort was to give a good visual presence to the product.
ideaclay worked with the client to understand there requirement. Since being an industrial product there was no name given to it but there was a code number given to it, based on the classification of the product.
ideaclay suggested them to have a name to every product. The product was a liquid filtration product, which is barely visible to the world being installed inside the filtration system, but at the same time there was a possibility that same product could be on a display for retail sale.
We wanted to have a name that can be easily remembered and will be easy for pronunciation. After a few brain storming sessions and evaluating the scope of the product, we came with few names and conclude a name "bonflow". Client liked the name "bonflow";
bon+flow which is a combination of French and English words. From which "bon" is good (fine), and being in to liquid filtration the "flow" was fairly an indispensable part of our client's business.
The Challenges:
Ojashree Equipments has a product called filtration system, which was not having a name after creating lot of experiments they evolved a fact sheet which said, it can really minimize the maintenance and downtime and also improves the productivity a huge.
We started ideation process and evaluation of production and values addition by using the product.
The challenge in the naming this product was, most of the solutions today are addressing similar issues then what this system can be named. We also had created a product presentation for the same product previously, but that time there was no any name given to this product.
We evaluated what all advantages a customer can have by installing this system and got the following answers.So it was increasing the productivity and profit of the of the client company. With the above mentioned advantages we concluded that it was adding fluency to the existing production lifecycle and we suggested a few names from which "Fluent" got selected.
The product was related to fluids like oil, and other liquids used in the industry, the name Fluent and the logo got highly appreciated by the client.
